Inquirer/New Member Class (Fall 2008)
If you are interested in the possibility of
becoming part of the body of Christ at West Side or if you would
just like to explore what commitment to Christ and His church is
all about, we have designed a
10-week "Exploring Membership" class to help clarify your
faith, inform you on how the church operates, prepare you to
function effectively within the body of believers, and most
importantly begin to feel like a genuine part of our fellowship.
Classes are from 6:30 to 8:30 pm when our
time will be divided between lecture/discussion and small group
sharing. We will consider the heart of our faith, Presbyterian
history and government, and the opportunities and expectations of
membership at West Side; and, we will begin to experience what it
is to be part of a caring fellowship.
How to Register
You can register by calling the church office (935-4477) or emailing us at office@wspc.org with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- Child Care (yes/no)
- Age of Child(ren)
Note: Child care is provided, but it will help our planning if you let us know the number and the ages of children coming
