YoungLives Update

Lesley Is officially in “full teacher mode,” but she wanted to make sure she thanked everyone who helped make her teaching dreams a reality! Creating her first kindergarten classroom was made possible by each and every one of you! Thank you for loving Lesley, her sweet kids, and all of our YoungLives moms well!

Hello,
I want to thank everyone who has supported me with my dream classroom. It has been a long road from starting college to graduating and getting a job at Seahurst. I am super excited for my first year of teaching and am so blessed for everyone's generosity. I wanted to share an update of what my classroom currently looks like and let everyone know how much this means to me. As a young child I never dreamed of what it would look like after I turned 18. I never saw the hope and the future that I currently have. I just knew that my family and I were poor and if I wanted to make something of myself it would be a struggle to do so. I am a first generation graduate and am so happy I can break generational poverty and trauma and be able to provide for my children a life that I never had as a child. I cannot express how thankful I am and just want everyone to know I really appreciate it.

Sincerely,
Lesley
