Infant and Nursery

The care of your infants and young children is a vital part of our church ministry. Our nursery staff constantly strives to provide the care that will meet your children's needs and allow parents to fully participate in worship and study.

We are pleased to have the Parent Seeker paging system which allows parents to focus on worship while eliminating embarrassment and separation anxiety. If an emergency arises, we immediately notify the parent, not the entire congregation.

Parents Room (during worship service)

Neale Room, located directly behind the Sanctuary, is designated as a "Parents' Room" to enable parents with young children to participate in our worship services while attending to various needs of their children.

Children's Ministry

The churches most valuable resource is its children! Today's children are the church leaders of tomorrow. West Side Presbyterian Church children's ministry is a place for children to learn and grow in a loving nurturing environment.

Our fall Children’s Sunday school program starts in September with classes in the following rooms:

• 2's and 3's (room 1)
• 4's - Kindergarten (room 4)
• 1st and 2nd grades (room 6)
• 3rd thru 5th grade girls (room 3)
• 3rd thru 5th grade boys (room 5)

Vacation Bible School

Our week-long VBS is held in early summer (usually June) and consists of creative Bible teaching and learning through workbooks, scripture, memorization, crafts, music, movies and skits.
