You’re invited! Save the date for our Westside Women’s Spring Tea on March 29th, 2008, 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Ladies tickets $15.00 and $10 for young ladies ages 5–12. We are blessed to present Pat Marshall as our Special Guest Speaker. Furthermore, Goodwill returns with a splendid vintage fashion show. All proceeds from the Tea Shop benefit Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS). Invite your friends and family! Tickets available for sale Sunday, March 2nd. Women's Morning Bible Study is meeting each Thursday morning at 9:30am in Lewis Hall. We are studying and discussing the all important subject of “Becoming a Woman Who Loves” by Cynthia Heald. Please call Karen Schroedel or Pat Marshall for more information**.
Our Women's Evening Bible Study Monday, January 14 at 6:30pm at the Packards’ home. Come join us! We're taking a detour from the Thursday morning group to study the New Testament letters of Peter and Jude. Different format, same place and time! Questions? ...please call Mary Packard**.
Attention Mothers-of-Preschoolers: Are you in need of some "mommy time" and a chance to bond with other mothers? We've got just the ticket for you! The West Side MOPS group meets on the first and third Friday mornings of the month beginning October 5th. Come for food, fellowship and fun! Moms-In-Touch Prayer Group for mothers of school-aged children meets on Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30am. First meeting is September 12, 2008. This friendly group of moms welcomes newcomers! Come for a focused hour of prayer for your student. Questions? Contact Alison Estep**. Hope to see you there!

$15. View table of contents.After becoming aware of the great need to minister to women through retreats and mentoring, it was evident we needed more help and input from more women. In September 2004, a Women’s Ministry Board was formed, with Mary Packard as the chairwoman. Team members represent a large range of existing ministry groups from MOPS, long-established Circles, and Moms-in-Touch to Sunday School teachers, providing a broad representation. The team meets the 2nd Thursday of each month for planning and fellowship.
