Register for West Side MOPSRegistration for Fall of 2010-2011 is open!In order to take advantage of the childcare provided at MOPS, we need all moms and children to register. Registering allows us to make sure that we have room in our MOPPETS program for each child. Sometimes we do develop waiting lists for certain age groups, however please contact us anyway as circumstances do change and room is sometimes found as preschool time approaches and children drop from the program. Mothers are always welcome to attend meetings if you can find alternate childcare until space is available for your children. Are there any registration fees?Under our charter agreement with MOPS International, we are required to register all moms with MOPS, Int., and the entire fee goes to them. The fee is $24. However, West Side Presbyterian, our chartering church, graciously continues to support each mom by contributing $7 toward each registration. Your portion is just $17. Scholarships are available if needed, simply check the box on the registration form. More information about registration benefits and suggested meeting donation can be found on our FAQs page. How to RegisterPlease print out the Registration Form below making sure to fill out the MOPPETS portion of the form for each child you are registering. Please send form to Cheryl Rutledge, MOPS Discussion Group Coordinator, 3815 52nd Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116. Or, you may drop off your form at West Side Presbyterian, attention MOPS. *PDF file includes both the MOPS and MOPPETS registration forms. **Please note that although the pdf file of our registration form says 2008, it is the current form and can be used for registration this year. Simply cross out the 2008 and write in 2011.
