Our Sunday morning worship gathering is the primary place for anyone learning what it means to follow Jesus. From here there are opportunities for all ages to gather for instruction and to receive encouragement in learning what it means to follow Jesus and join his mission in the world. We prioritize intergenerational friendships and experiences in all aspects of instruction and spiritual care, even those planned with a specific age group in mind.
Our Bible holds a letter written to a church fracturing under the weight of divided loyalties, wealth disparity, class struggle, and moral debates. Paul's first letter to the Corinthian church confronts the wisdom of the age with the foolishness of the cross. This fall we will study how the way of faith, hope, and love restore the gifts of unity and purpose in Christ.
We are encouraging each other in a Bible Reading Discipline this Lent by using the same Student Version of the Seeing Jesus Together Journals that our High School students are following. You can pick up your copy of the journal at the Welcome Center on a Sunday.
