Living with Wholehearted Devotion to Jesus Christ

Our Sunday morning worship gathering is the primary place for anyone learning what it means to follow Jesus. From here there are opportunities for all ages to gather for instruction and to receive encouragement in learning what it means to follow Jesus and join his mission in the world. We prioritize intergenerational friendships and experiences in all aspects of instruction and spiritual care, even those planned with a specific age group in mind.

Journeying Through Lent Together

Lent is here, and together we’re focusing on why Jesus is worth following.

  • When we think about Lent, we often focus on “giving up” something. This year during Lent, we want to focus on giving our whole selves to God. Join us, as we journey together in prayer with this 6-week Lent Prayer Guide. (Also available in the Welcome Center.)  
  • Join us for Lent Soup Suppers and Connect Groups! Mark your calendars for Wednesdays during Lent (February 25 - April 1) to join us for all-ages Soup Suppers followed by Connect Groups. Supper starts at 5:30pm, and Connect Groups meet at 6pm. Nursery and childcare available. If you can assist with meals or childcare, or if you have questions, please reach out to Stacy at stacy@wspc.org.  
  • Not in a Connect Group? Join one this Lent! Find community, build friendships, and grow in faith together with a Connect Group. We have groups for all ages. Request to join HERE or contact Stacy Kutz (stacy@wspc.org

We believe that the most important life changing event is an encounter with Jesus Christ –and that faith in Jesus is the most life changing decision a person can make.

Seeing Jesus Together Journals

We are encouraging each other in a Bible Reading Discipline this Lent by using the same Student Version of the Seeing Jesus Together Journals that our High School students are following. You can pick up your copy of the journal at the Welcome Center on a Sunday.
